Welcome to Cash Finders R Us Marketplace("the Marketplace", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Marketplace and any services accessed through it. By creating an account, applying as an operator, claiming an opportunity, or otherwise using the Marketplace, you agree to these Terms.
The Marketplace aggregates publicly available data about real estate auctions, surplus funds, and related opportunities. We surface this information to help operators identify potential recovery cases. We do not act as your attorney, financial advisor, agent, or fiduciary.
Operators on the Marketplace are independent third parties responsible for their own conduct, contracts, and compliance. By applying as an operator, you represent and warrant that:
We do not verify, endorse, warrant, or guarantee any operator's licensing, registration, bonding, insurance, or fitness to practice. The attestations operators make during onboarding are their own representations. Claimants and counterparties dealing with operators should perform their own due diligence.
Surplus estimates, sale prices, opening bids, derivation calculations, confidence ranges, and all other figures shown on the Marketplace are estimates only, derived from public records that may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. Final amounts are determined by court order or county clerk disbursement. Do not contract with claimants on the basis of Marketplace estimates alone — verify against the underlying public record.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cash Finders R Us Marketplace, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, judgments, costs, or attorney fees arising out of (a) your conduct as an operator, (b) any misrepresentation of your credentials, (c) any contract you enter with a claimant or third party, (d) any violation of state or federal law in connection with surplus funds recovery or related services, or (e) any breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Marketplace and its operators are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability in any matter is limited to the fees you paid to the Marketplace in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Property Intel data is aggregated from publicly available county clerk records, recorder of deeds publications, and similar government sources. Where we estimate a surplus from a doc-stamp or transfer-tax recording, the calculation is a derivation, not a substitute for the clerk's official surplus notice or court order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to bruce@rescuequity.com.
